Technical
Standards - Testing Of Essential Skills Approved by the General Faculty,
October 9, 1998
The technical standards are written to
describe the most commonly used means of accomplishing certain
ends, with the recognition that there may be alternative means
available to accomplish the same results. When the ability
to meet the technical standards is in question, the faculty
or applicant/student may request tests to ascertain or substantiate
possession of the essential skills needed and to consider
reasonable accommodations, if necessary.
