SCAAFP
Club Officers
SCAVMA Representative Sathya Chinnadurai
Sathya's promising career in feline medicine was possibly inspired by past
lives spent as cats, both in the wild and in the homes of old ladies who spoiled
him. A keen observer will notice his often sedentary nature offset by lightning
quick reflexes and disproportionately large canines, indicating feline blood.
Along his long difficult journey towards becoming the SCAVMA Rep for the MU
Feline club, Sathya managed to get degrees in Biology and Environmental Policy
from Duke University. He occupies his time working in the vet school ICU,
frolicking outdoors and playing with his own cat, Floyd.
The St. Louis native hopes to one day practice on kitties of a different variety,
big cats in the wild.
