David Hardin is Named Alumnus of the Year

David Hardin, DVM and head of the Department of Pathobiology and Population Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, Mississippi State University, was the 2004 winner of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine Alumnus of the Year Award.

Dr. Hardin received his doctor of veterinary medicine degree from MU in 1977. The Alumnus of the Year Award is presented in recognition of outstanding professional and personal achievements and contributions to the enhancement of the veterinary medical profession.

The award is selected and presented by the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Organization and is given annually.

From 1991 until 2003, Dr. Hardin was director of MU Veterinary Medical Extension and Continuing Education.
