Pet Memorials

Veterinarians and pet lovers alike have seen the devastating effects the loss of a pet can have on a loving pet owner. There is one thing that you can do to ease a pet owner's grief. You can make a donation in the pet's name to the MU College of Veterinary Medicine.

A donation in a pet's memory is a caring and compassionate act that grieving pet owners will truly appreciate and never forget. The college makes it easy for veterinarians, friends, and family to show that they care.

The college's memorial program allows you to quickly and conveniently console a grieving pet owner. Upon receiving your donation, the college will promptly notify the individual of your thoughtfulness with a personalized memorial card conveying your condolences and explaining how the gift (the amount is not mentioned) will benefit veterinary medicine and animal health.

To make a pet memorial gift, call the Development Office at (573) 882-0548, or toll-free at (888) 850-2357.
