Faculty Contact Report

The CVM Development Office has created a link for faculty use to directly report to us your contacts with potential donors. Contacts with industry reps, grateful clients, referring veterinarians, alumni, etc., who have potential to become or are already donors need to be reported when they happen so that proper follow-up can be initiated and recorded. When you have made these contacts, please use this link to inform development about the contact. Save this to your “favorites” on your browser so you can quickly fill out the report and submit.
