AVMHS is pleased to recognize and honor heritage veterinary practices in the United States that have been in continuous operation since founding* at least 50 years ago.

These practices may have undergone name changes.  They may also have remained in the same location and/or renovated building or moved to different addresses.  Other practices may have had several owners or been passed down to generations of family members, but all have provided continuous veterinary care and enriched the communities they serve through decades.

Additional practices are welcome at any time.

*Each practice assumes responsibility for historical documentation of its continuity.
